Position: Supply Chain Manager/Director
Location: Shanghai/Beijing, China
Report Line: VP, Special Operations

Job Summary

Supply chain manager will be the core study team member to get involve in pre-IND phase to provide technical supports and professional comments on either IP supply related procedures or other supply chain related tasks, which will include but not limit to drugs and devices, and materials if applicable until study completion and IP retrieved per SOPs required.


Key Responsibilities

•Regular view of pipeline to have an overall big picture about corporate level strategy and development goals to make appropriate supply plans and supply chain management in various territories

•Work out relevant SOPs and working processes regarding the supply chain management matters

•Keep searching for appropriate vendors and maintain the business relationship to support supply chain related tasks and activities

•Get involved in study team as early as required to give technical support and professional comments given relevant matters

•Work closely with study team to in corporate with CDP and sub-project plans to contribute from supply chain perspective

•Analyze and figure out supply risks and update with study team to make the effective solutions in ready, escalate issues to senior management team if applicable.

•Develop and execute the supply chain plan to ensure clinical trial moving forward smoothly, oversight supply vendors to provide mandatory and necessary guidance to avoid any potential hurdles regarding supply chain related

•Work together with QA & compliance function to ensure inspection readiness and support on internal audit activities if applicable

Requirements

•Hands-on working experience in supply chain related responsibility

•At least 8 years working experience in industry, MNC experience is preferred

•At least 3 years working experience in specific supply chain role

•Familiar with entire drug development pathway and supply chain related policies & procedures

•Communication skills is excellent

•Interpersonal skills are very good and courage to figure out and disclose the predicted risks

•Expertise in ICH-GCP and internal SOPs

•Team player and positive thinking
